"I ordered this futon because the description..."
I ordered this futon because the description made it sound way more comfortable than it actually is. When it showed up, it felt maybe half as thick as I expected and a lot firmer than described. The color was off too — not just a little different, but noticeably not what I thought I was getting. I reached out to customer support a couple of times, but they basically just kept referring me back to the listing instead of really helping.

"Firmness felt about right"
Wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but yeah... the firmness was pretty much what they said it would be. Not too soft, not overly hard. Just kind of close to the description, which was nice.

"Honestly, I’m torn but it felt overpriced"
I wanted to like it, and parts of it were okay, but I kept feeling like I paid way more than it was worth. For the price, I expected something that felt a lot nicer or at least more impressive. Then once shipping and the little extra costs were added on, it just got more frustrating. I can see how some people might be happy with it, but for me it gave mixed signals, not terrible, but definitely not worth what I spent. Kind of wish I had looked around more before ordering.

"Shipping was way faster than I expected"
I ordered from thefutonshop.com and figured it might take a bit, but it actually arrived much quicker than I expected. They sent the tracking info fast too, which made the whole thing feel easy to keep an eye on.
Everything showed up on time with no random delays or issues. I was really pleased with how smooth the shipping process was, and I’d definitely feel good ordering from them again.

"Good deals, but why so confusing?"
I checked out The Futon Shop during a sale, some of the prices did look decent. But the promos were kind of confusing. Why have a sale if the discount doesn’t show up clearly the same way in the cart? I could see there were deals to be had if you happened to catch the right one, but I wish the sale details were easier to follow. Overall, not bad, but not exactly amazing either

"Helpful staff and a easy shopping trip"
I went in having no clue which futon I actually wanted (there are way more options than I expected), but the staff really knew their stuff and walked me through everything in a way that made sense. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I appreciated. Taking off one star because the delivery details were a little confusing, but overall it was a good experience.

I had a frustrating time trying to check out on The Futon Shop. The checkout page kept acting weird, and my order confirmation took way longer than I expected. I was ready to say I wouldn’t order from them again, though maybe it was just a glitch that day. Still, it wasn’t the smoothest experience...

"Not a lot of options for what I needed"
I was hoping there would be more styles and sizes to choose from. The selection felt a bit limited to me, especially when I was looking at covers and frames. I did find a few options, but they were not really what I needed.

I was happy with the amount of choices The Futon Shop had. Based on how these kinds of sites usually work, I kind of assumed I’d only get a few basic options, but they had different frames, mattress types, sizes, and fabric colors, which made it much easier to find something that actually worked for my room.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it took me a little bit to sort through all the options on the site. Once I figured out the pattern of how everything was laid out, it was fine. Overall, I’m happy with what I ordered.

"Started Sagging After a Few Months"
At first, I thought it was going to work out fine, but after using it for a few months, I noticed it started to sag. I was hoping it would hold up longer, so that was disappointing.

I get that delivery windows can shift sometimes, especially if traffic or weather is bad, but this was just a mess. They kept changing the time throughout the day, and I ended up waiting around instead of getting anything else done. If I had been given a clear update earlier, it probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much.

In my experience, this mattress is comfy and has a nice supportive feel. It did take me a few nights to get used to it, but now I feel like I’m sleeping better than before.

"Fit my frame without any hassle"
I ordered this futon mattress hoping it would actually fit my frame, because I was feeling kind of trapped with limited options that matched the size I needed. Thankfully, the measurements on the site were accurate and it fit just fine. It took a little adjusting to get it sitting right, but overall I’m happy with it.

"Decent futon, but the deal felt a little different later"
I’d say this futon is okay for the price. The fabric feels nice and the frame seems sturdy enough, so I was happy with it at first. After a few weeks, though, the cushion started getting a little lumpy, which was disappointing. Also, I swear some of the terms or details around the purchase seemed to change after the fact, which was annoying and made the whole thing feel less straightforward. Not a terrible futon, but I expected a bit better overall.

"Nice natural futon, just took a little while"
I was happy with this futon overall. The main thing that stood out to me was that The Futon Shop uses more natural materials, which is what I was looking for, and it didn’t have that strong chemical smell some other futons had when I was shopping around. Delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying, but once it arrived it felt really sturdy. Anyway, I feel good about the purchase, mostly because it seems like a better eco-friendly option and still feels well made.

"Shopping on the site was frustrating"
I tried to shop on thefutonshop.com, or I guess I tried to, because the whole site was just a hassle. The pages took forever to load, the filters weren’t really working the way they should, and every time I clicked on a product, it felt like I’d get kicked back or have to start over. Even checkout seemed clunky and not very smooth. I ended up giving up before buying anything. It really needs some work
